Members

The jewelry shown under the members section of the website is for reference only. Because Cerese D is a traveling jewelry boutique, and provides “a-few-of-a-kind” pieces, the inventory changes daily. If you are interested in purchasing a piece contact us to ensure its availability. To help protect the designs of Cerese D access to the member’s section requires your information and an access code. The access code may change frequently. To receive the current access code, contact us via email.


Return Policy

If you would like to return or exchange an item, we will be glad to accommodate your request. Cerese D return policy is 7 days and 14 day exchange. The item being returned must be in its original condition and packaging. Include a copy of the invoice. Please contact us before you ship any package to us, any unauthorized return will be refused. All returns must be prepaid, insured and shipped via a major carrier. Shipping and packaging fees will not be refunded.


Shipping Information

Please allow 10 business days for your order to be shipped. Cerese D cannot ship to P.O Boxes. Shipping/Handling charges include delivery charges as well as the secure packaging of each item. Cerese D does require an adult signature on all shipments. It is best to have your package shipped to a secure location. Please contact us for shipping rates outside of the United States. Shipping rates will vary depending on the state being shipped to and weight of package.
