A: It is possible. First email us a picture of your existing earring. Then if we can remake it you will need to send us the earring to make sure color and size match your existing earring.

Q: What stringing material do you use?
A: We string our jewelry on the highest quality flexible wire available. It is made of 49 tiny stainless steel wires stranded together and nylon-coated for maximum strength. It is the preferred wire for professional designers who demand premium strength, softness, and flexibility.

Q: What is Gold Filled?
A: Gold filled is a hollow tube of usually 14K gold (sometimes 10K is used) that is filled with another metal. The exterior of the gold filled jewelry is solid karated gold and everything you can see or touch is a solid layer of karated gold. This tube of karated gold is approximately 100 times thicker than gold plate. It is made by bonding with heat and pressure - with normal wear and tear the karated gold will never tarnish, chip or wear off.

Q: What ear wires do you offer?
A: We prefer French Wires, our standard wire as they are light and convenient. A disadvantage is that they can sometimes fall out and can be lost. We recommend you always where our earrings with the plastic ear nuts provided.

We also offer Ear Posts. This is a popular style with a small ball and post that runs straight through the pierced ear and is secured with a nut on the back of the ear. They are a compromise between security and safety, and a nice covering for the ear hole.We offer Clips for non-pierced ears.

Lever Backs are special order. Contact us for pricing.14K or 24K posts, ear hook or clips are special order. Contact us for pricing.

Q: How can I care for my jewelry?
A: Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on. Please avoid applying hairspray or perfume while wearing your handmade jewelry and keep it away from chemicals or cosmetics that can discolor or damage your jewelry. Keep your jewelry stored far from humidity or air pollution. Always wash your neck and ears to rid accumulation of dirt build up on the jewelry.

Sterling Silver tarnishes from the interaction of silver with sulfides in the air. First the tarnish takes on a golden hue, and eventually it turns black. This is a natural process.

To clean the Sterling Silver or 14K gold filled jewelry use a cleaning cloth. We recommend a jewelry cleaning cloth, such as Connoisseurs Jewelry Wipes (disposable dry wipes - Avoid all liquid dips, which leave a residue, and make the necklace stiff.

Q: Will my jewelry look exactly as pictured?
A: We try to maintain consistency in quality as pictured. The nature of stones is that they are all unique and may have some subtle variations in color, size, and shape. These small differences are your proof that an artisan was truly "hands-on" in creating your unique piece.

Q: Does your collection change?
A: Yes. Our collection is always changing. We are continually inventing new and hopefully even more beautiful designs. Please feel free to inform us of a style you like and we will do our best to get it for you.
